    Help! i dont get it maybe you will understand this incubator!

    As you can see the (chinese) incubator temp read 38.0c which is recomended temp for the incubator i stick the clinical thermometer to measure temp and as you can see it read 43.1c so whos lying? i never get any sucess hatch with this incubator so which one should i trust? im comfused!
