Update: Good news everybody! Olive and Ivory are once again living in harmony.
Olive wore her pin-less peepers for the recommended 2 weeks, and after we took them off I slowly reintroduced the two by keeping a fence between them for one week.
I made sure they had their own separate food and...
Update: The pin-less peepers went on Olive yesterday. I felt bad about doing it, but the alternative of her mortally wounding the silkie is not an option. She's adapted to wearing them well, I just hope that once it's time to take them off in a couple weeks her behavior will be resolved.
Maybe something like that set her off originally and now it's the sight of his wounds and bald head that keep her going at him? The vet also suggested this but couldn't find anything off with him, and he acts as spiritedly as ever despite his injuries. Chickens may notice things we don't though...
The last time she did was around late October, then she quit for the winter season when it got dark and cold. She laid pretty consistently about once or twice a week before that
