I just thought I would give one final update... all 3 turned out to be pullets! I get pretty green eggs from the two gray ones and a nice olive egg from the black one.

This chick hatched 6 weeks ago out of an egg from my friend's leghorn hen, the roo was a FBCM. Any guess on gender? I know that leghorns can have bigger combs so it makes me not sure abput this little one. Any help is greatly appreciated.
This little one is about 7 weeks old now and I was hoping I could get input on what gender it is. The second one I have that is a week younger is an obvious roo so I was hoping I lucked out and have a pair.
I picked up two little guys like this on sunday and was curious what color they might be when they are grown. I know seramas can be any color so I was looking for just a general idea.
I wasn't going to use those feathers alone to sex the bird because my last female I had had those feathers as well at the same age and they eventually fell out.
This chick started with the classic pullet pattern but is now getting more white so I'm not sure what to think anymore. What does everyone else think? Pullet or roo?
