    Good Uses for Quail Eggs

    I got one pair sent out to me from ebay UK (I live in the UK). It cost about 2.5 GBP each, then i saw some in china at about 1 GBP each. I ordered 5 :) for friends and family. I would order some now if i were in the USA, before you get stung with an additional 25% import tax ;).

    I cut the eggs with quail egg scissors and gently just drop them in soup. Boil them for 3-4 mins and they stay intact as egg balls. Stunningly easy and amazingly nice.
