    Aswell as my big bag of chips on the drive, I've just been to the local chippy and had a lunch time special for sustenance.

    It's a massive canvas style bag that builders use. They are about 1mx1mx1m. Over here people get soil, gravel, stones wood chips, logs etc delivered in them. As it's full of wood it is incredibly heavy and unfortunately can't be dragged to a better position.

    Pipes and plumbing here seem to be 68mm or 110mm standard. I think it may be a case of trying it and seeing what happens.

    I saw on Pinterest a few people had used hanging baskets to put lettuce and cabbage in, so I've copied. They like this a lot.
