I have been hatching Khaki Campbells for a few years and I found that the more time your with them them giving them positive experiences (feeding them, Handling them Start early start often) the less they will be afraid of you.
This will be batch #5 for me, First one this year. 3 batches in 2020 (90% success) and 1 in 2019 ( 30% Successs).

20 Khaki Campbell eggs in the incubator due tomorrow one pipping on the wrong end . others have broken through the membrane into the air sac and and will be pipping soon. My favorite and the most stressful part of the Incubating/Hatching process.
Non medicated Chick starter with nutritional yeast powder in it will work just fine along with broken up dried meal worms. ( I just put them in whole as they break them up) . They will thrive on that . add a pinch of sand, as Ducklings, ducks and all birds need grit to digest their food.
