    black bitumen paint?

    ive noticed damp on my floor inside my shed obvisouly coming from ground up. i was thinking about using black bitumen paint to protect from the damp. once dry it will be covered in two/three inches of easiechick or similiar. would it be ok to use?

    Just setting up to do some more building inside the shed. and noticed the concrete floor is damp coming in from the ground :( if i put black bitumen paint on the floor will this be bad for chickens once dry it will have two inches of easiechick on top ? thanks
