    Any idea what type of breed they are...? not that it matters to me... i LOVE them! Just would like to know since people are always asking what type of chickens i have... I love them all the same...

    Did my pics backwards.... the first one crows loud and clearly.... and is herding all the rest. also, breeding.... the pic on the bottom acts like a hen but when i brought the other one home, she crowed too!

    The first pic is Shirly... who let out a loud crow and had serious attitude when i brought home Winchester (second pic)... Both are suppose 2 be hens, but Winchester has been steady and clearly crowing AND trying to make lil eggkins with Shirley... So now im confused. Hope the pics are...

    thanks for all the comments! im so new at this, any help is appreciated... so i have the obvious rooster in a large pen inside the coop and i guess tomorrow ill get the nerve to let him join... if the hen that crows is a boy... will they fight? or will they fight anyway? anything i need to know...?

    I just got home with my new hen.... She is gorgeous! sooo excited and she crowed is this possible? thats not even the worst part... i have 2 other hens ive been waiting on to lay there first egg and then THEY started crowing.... when i bought them, they were ALL suppose to be hens.

    oh forgot my critters! 4 chicks (2 that they were gona put down0, 2 chickens, 1 pug (chi/pug mix) a rescue, a stray cat that says she lives here... a rescue bully, a porch lizard that eats from my hand, and several titmice and chickadees that will land on my head and beg for food too...
