    I’m right there with ya, I love hearing the coyotes touch a wet nose to that net at night, they go yelping back where they came from :) I’m 1,000 times sure it’s more secure then any closed in coop!

    I have a goose tractor for shade and nesting boxes, I keep them out on pasture full time encircled by electric poultry netting. If you are going to use an enclosed one and its only part time I would do at least 5x10

    They have not gotten out of the pallet fencing, at regular height as well. There seems to be a strong mental barrier to anything they can see. you can buy different types of wooden posts at Lowe's/Home Depot/ Tractor supply

    Actually there is a MUCH more cost effective way then the recommended woven wire. When I picked up my birds from the breeder I was FLOORED. All he had was split locust post, 2 posts high (maybe 4-5ft off the ground). He said in 5 years he's had zero issues. I ignored this and spent $$$$$$ on 6...
