I cannot speak about turkeys but I would not use tylan 50 injectible in chickens. Tylan 50 or 200 is used for pneumonia in most hoofed animals. If it works for you, I would use the powder..
At the end of the day, its only an opinion. For the casual backyard chicken keeper there are easier ways...
Like I said, its a waste of time. Injecting a chicken is a last resort and the only medication i would inject is Penicillin in a severe case of infection due to a cut, puncture wound or a bird that was attacked or a bird you cannot afford to lose..
Let chickens be chickens. Good strong...
Why would you inject tylan 50 into a chicken? Your crazy if you do. Tylan 50 is for cattle.
Oxytet 343 as I stated above for what you might think is a common cold.
Vaccines? The best vaccine for any bird is good genetics / strong bloodlines, clean and dry coops with good ventilation.

Ive had birds clawed by hawks in the past. Keep the area dry. Stitch it where you can. Regular sewing needle and thread is all u need. Once it heels up leave the thread in, it will not hurt the bird.. I use ichthammol 20% drawing salve. smother it on the wounds after heating it up a bit.. good luck
For coughs, rasp, breathing gurgle, bubbles in the eye, mucus around the beak which are all signs of a common respiratory cold, try Oxytet-343 1teaspoon per gallon 7 days...

If the bird is gasping for air, or gurgling, respiratory comes into play.
Any Respiratory issues, the only antibiotic that works is Gallimycin. Gallimycin is effective and works.
Cocci at times will...
Ive been raising birds for a long time. If you hatch enough chicks at some point your going to get a few that just "do not make it" bad legs, knocked knees and such.
Another thought is Bad Genetics, bloodlines to close and so on..
I doubt it Mareks. If it was Mareks the bird would be down and...
Im not saying this will work but any type of eye injury I use Neomycin Polymyxin B Sulfates / Dexamethasone ophthalmic ointment. You can buy it at First State Vet supply, online..
The Neomycin works well in the eye twice a day under the eyelid for most eye irritations..
Eye injuries are tough...
When they get the green runny stool, there done. Cocci more than likely. Especially when they lose weight.
Antibiotics do not work and will not work.
Prevent Cocci by using Corid or Sulfadimethoxine every few months for 5 days in drinking water. 2 TSPNS for gallon
Some Birds build up...
