No preferences except that they be good layers

I am in Phoenix Arizona so they need to be pretty heat hardy and lay well

I am semi-new to the chicken world and am unsure how many hens are heat hardy and lay 3-10 eggs per week. I would appreciate it if you found give me some suggestions.
