hey. today when I went to check on my broody hen I heard a little peeping noise. it turns out at least one of her chicks hatched! this is the first time this happened ever since I had chickens. should I leave her to sit on the baby chick? (I still didn't see it yet.) the hen isn't suffocating...

I think you could try it. I have chicks that don't even have all of their feathers (they have most of their feathers) and I give them access to a nest box and they use it. They only sleep in it , if even that. I think you should put one in your coop and see what they do.
