Hello, I just acquired a small flock to add to my 3 roos. Will take some time before any available. Sand Hill Preservation has some but their numbers too low to sell.
I’ve been trying to backtrack their origins in the U.S. The unconfirmed story passed on to me is that in the 1970s someone smuggled in fertilized eggs and hatched them here. But no proof that this is accurate.
