Yeah I tried band aid I couldn't get it right so I use lil rubber bands, unfortunately the chicken passed away. 1 still survived :-)

Yes only 2 chicks, a lil disappointing, I candled at 7 days there was 10 alive, candled at 14 days and still 9 were alive, candled again at 18 days when I took egg turner out, and there was still 6-7 alive. I cannot figure out for the life of me what happened to the other that were alive, I...

Thats ok :-) yeah I wasn't sure about leaving the chickens in there so I took them out once they had hatched, we have a fireplace and I also keep a lamp on for them, they seem to be happy eating and drinking straight away

No, no other peepers better luck next time I hope lol... It's cold here at night so I guess the incubator fluctuated too much with the temp, will try when it gets warmer, yes I have 2 lil bands and string on legs now so take them off and check every day :-)

Only 2 chicks hatched not sure what went wrong as there was still 6 chicks alive in shells at day 18 when I took egg turner out :-( the chicken with the spraddle leg seems to be getting around better still hobbled I took bandaids off cause they were too thick I ended up making another object...

Hi there, there is 2 out now but one has splayed legs so using a bandaid cut in half to keep legs together, seems to be sitting up a bit more, this one also has like a blood /hernia lump before its bottom :-( hopefully it goes away....thanks for asking

So I took my first chick out of incubator because it seemed to be having trouble getting around on grate, this morning I woke and another chick was out of egg took it out of incubator and to me it looks like it has a vaulted skull, which I don't think is a problem, but its poor lil legs won't...

Hi there 21 days is tomorrow, and I already have one chicken out with another on starting to chip, just wondering how long they shoul be left in incubator for because seems to me the chicken is having trouble getting around on the grate in bottom of incubator, or should I leave it in there, but...
