    Good luck with that! PayPal appears but friendly but when actually trying to cancel a payment they favor the seller and will demand that you contact the seller for a refund or wait for delivery, even if you can prove the product is fraudulent. You’re bank however will immediately stop payment

    Glad to hear it! I know a lot of people are against these collars but in my opinion it’s worth the risk to give a Rooster a place to live he normally wouldn’t have, otherwise what happens to all these Roosters? The farms can only take so many.
