    Yeah - so much for the “guaranteed” pullets - kids are bummed that they won’t get colored eggs but is what it is.

    Really skiddish compared to the other hens and roo. Has always been a bigger bird. I believe he is a roo - I think I see saddle feathers but he has barely any comb. this Easter egger is 17+ weeks.

    I’m truly confused now, lol - I’m hoping it’s a pullet - the kids were all about the colored eggs. I told my 5 year old daughter we would have a hen laying colored eggs - hope daddy didn’t accidentally not tell the truth.
