Naked Neck/Turken Thread
My first Naked neck i raised on from 3 weeks. She is laying now. She is about 7 months. This is the only survivor of a batch of 5 I purchased. Chicken farming in Spain
Well I posted the same question in turkey section. And got some really good advice. That turkey dod not make it. After 3 weeks his individual maintenance was getting to be to much and his quality of life was going down everyday. He was still a good turkey. I have since found 2 heritage turkeys...- OsirisO

turkey trouble
Thank you for all your feed back. I cut my losses and processed him. I found even with moving him twice a day a putting new bedding he was starting to get sores. Anyway I'm all the wiser now and have changed my yard to accommodate both the chickens food needs and the turkeys. The female turkey... -
