I have 2 toddlers running around all day and the roosters don't show any sign of aggression thank...

Frozen treats for chickens on a hot day...

I've been picking and freezing all the local wild berries and giving to the chickens every day during the heat and they love it, probably like a popsicle for them.

Why is my rooster in the nest box?

I had to look this up after I seen one of my roosters in a nesting box, I thought it was really funny and cool that he was in there but then after several times of seeing him in there he broke an egg and starting eating it.

What breed is my grey hen?

Has anyone figured out what chickens these are with dark grey necks that shade into a lighter grey down the body? I have 2 and they are beautiful but I have no idea what breed and all my Google searches turn up nothing.
