Yes, but you'll want to do the following. Get a nice warm, wet wash cloth or paper towel, place it in the incubator and lay the duckling on the wet cloth/towel. Allow it a few hours and it should absorb the yolk. Whatever you do, try not to touch or mess with the yolk as it can easily rupture...
