I have 10 mature backyard chickens (3 bantam 7 standard) and 2 roosters (1bantam) all in one happy flock. A broody mama hatch out 5 bantam chicks. I have someone who wants to take 4 of them. IS IT OK TO KEEP JUST 1 young chick stay or would it be better to keep another same aged partner for her...
