    Llamas v.s alpacas?

I own alpacas and chickens... The alpacas have an alarm they make when there is anything unfamiliar to them or if they sense danger. I have only seen one coyote come near my property in a year( knock on wood)

I have Alpacas, they are a breeze to care for, only eat 1/3 of a flake morn and nite and l give them a goat molasses mix twice a week. 1 cup per Alpaca They get sheared usually in May and the lady who shears them, checks their teeth and toes and files/ trims...

CAYENNE + NO LIGHT = EGGS DURING WINTER?

I can't remember now 'who' posted the info...but the reason some use pepper/cayenne pepper, is because the chickens drink More water and it's the added water that creates more eggs.

I give my chickens spaghetti that is slightly warm and yes.... They slurp it up like they do worms and steal from each other and run! Tooooo funny!!!

    Still no eggs...

Do you feed them foods like oatmeal, pasta or rice? If you do, add pepper (black or cayenne) to the food.... This could help with the egg laying as they will dink more water...

Finish this sentence: "You know you're addicted to chickens when..."

When... The chicken who thinks she is the favorite jumps up on your knee for a massage. Buffy lifts a wing to be massaged and then the other and when I start to give her entire body a message, her eyes flicker before closing as she abt falls asleep!

I have 11 chickens and their coop where they roost for the nite is only 4x5x5.
