    Just got these mature BS hens. Front one has a lot of tan rear is mostly blk. So what color would you all think the front one is?

    I was lucky to be gifted blk Marans (brown eggers) My roo is a LF Blue Cochin, so if I were to cross them will I get brown eggers? Trying to figure out the breeding pen & the egg eating pen. TIA
