As far as where to get the thermometer, at my walmart they are in the hardware section by the paint.
Dances with chickens: please PM me your address and I will send copy it and send it to you.
I have Seramas (3 roos) and RIR, Buff Orp's hens, my roos are a Frizzle and a Polish roo. I also am wondering if I have too many roos???
5 roos (that all get along) and about 20 hens
Hi, I am actually thinking it is my roos slacking on the job! I have a broody hen that is not having any luck either. Could the roos go on hiatus over the winter?
(Dances with chickens I'd be happy to copy the manual and send it to you if you like. )
The therm I am using I bought at...
1. plugged in bator
2. filled reservoirs with water (luke warm)
3. warmed to 100 degrees per instructions w/ bator
4. added eggs
only onetime did something start to develop....but didnt last.
I watch the reservoirs closely.....
How does one adjust the humidity? I have asked this question on a different post, but noone has answered.. I have a LG with auto turner, I am on my 3rd try of hatching with no luck. I also cannot get it to stay at 95.5. I am so discouraged! AGH!
Hi, I have a LG and tried to hatch some eggs...not one hatched. I am thinking that the thermometer that came with the unit doesnt work. I keep the resorvoirs full...and heat at what the cheap little thermometer says is 100 degrees. No fan. Not sure what i did wrong.
