    Thank you for your response. I've been watching my little girl and I think your right!!she seems fine but definitely hunkered down and being broody. I thought she was too young but she's showing all the signs. I'm grateful that is what it is.

    And they do love to jump!! We used to hold treats up high and they could jump right up straight in the air and snatch them from our hand.

    Muscovy's make awesome pets!! I had a mother muscovy for 8 years. She was like a watch dog and very fun to have. They are great tick eaters too!! I left mine lose as she stayed close by. Used a dog house with hay inside which she loved. They are easy to keep and their eggs are great to poach...

    No I don't think you are crazy!! I have considered this too. I am going to do that today for a bit and see how she behaves. She is never mean. She's the sweetest little thing. I just love her.

    She is so beautiful and sweet!!! She's the one I'm worried about right now. She hasn't come out of her box much since the attack and her chest is bald.

    Thank you! I thought it was odd too that she didn't have any other evidence of being attacked. I didn't look at her chest till yesterday when I picked her up. I noticed she was still just laying in her box which was the third day she didn't get up with the others when I went out in the morning...
