Hi all! Quick question. We have one of our 6 girls gone broody, a light sussex, if I put fertilised eggs under her will she have to be isolated with chicks or will chicks be ok with the other girls? Im worried the others might attack them or doesnt that happen?? The other girls are leghorns...

Hello everyone. We got our first egg today! How eggciting is that! From one of our Leghorns I think as its white, we have 8 birds in total, two white leghorns, two light sussex, two blue marans and two brahmas, 28 weeks old. Suprised to get an egg as winter here in UK. Glad we found Byc awesome...
