    You could put some poles on the top of your fence to make it higher. Then you put some netting between the poles and over the top, preventing hawks from entering and your chickens from escaping.

    If you are going to use wood, it would be best to stain it to water proof it. Plastic and metal, I know nothing about them!

    We gave them some yougutr & cut up apples. They turned up their beaks at the apples. Maybe they were cut to big.

    Is it ok for chickens to eat jasmine leaves? It seems like every time i come out, they are picking the leaves off the stems. Are they poisonus, or are they fine?

    It is ok to feed them a little cat food once and a while, but it has chemicals that are bad for chickens if they eat to much of it.

    It would be funny to see grapes swallowed whole! We usually cut them in quarters, then carefully hand feed. Pebble, our rooster is very greedy. If you hold one in the air , just a little bit to high for him to reach, he will hop up to grab it with his beak.
