    Best Pet? Bantam Cochin, Brahma, or Silkie?

    Looking to get a pair of bantam hens to keep as pets. Narrowed down to either cochin, brahma, or silkie. Egg laying is not as important to us as quietness & tempermant. - Which breed is the quietest hen? - Which is the easiest to handle? - Which is the best around kids? Thanks!
