Well, just an update, my pekin duck has been sitting on her eggs at night. She still pretty much leaves them alone during the day but I noticed she covers them up before she leaves the nest. I guess this is a start. I don't want to disturb her nest by removing any of the eggs, so I have no idea...
I will agree, baking is a hobby for me now but when I had my bakery business it got to the point I didn't want to do it any more. But i'm back to enjoying the fun of baking and decorating. With the fall weather coming it is so much more enjoyable due to the weather being just right.
