Yes a little younger then that actually, she was hatched in may of last year. That being said it is possible she has laid and I am just not aware she has. We have a few silkies as well and I am guessing the size of her egg probably would be similar to theirs. And ironically they laid all winter...

I don’t think it’s egg?? Unless it was and now has turned into a huge infection. I think the photos are showing it brighter then it is. It’s super hard like a scab and more a pale yellow color. Tonight I soaked her because her entire vent was covered fully. I don’t even know how she’s getting...

It’s hard like a scab, to my knowledge she hasn’t laid an egg yet. Would toll feel hard like a scab? I can feel it inside the vent as well.

They have not said anything about steroids. The vet kinda just said oh it’s mareks before having tests done and said to euthanize. It’s only been since December she hasn’t been able to walk so sort of a long time but not a year. I’m guessing it’s probably not reversible.

No swelling, they are not super cold but not super warm. She does grab my fingers sometimes with her toes. I think that’s probably the direction we are heading 😩 just trying to see if we have any other options before we do 😞 it’s always the favorite dang it.
