I have 5 chickens that leave the coop in the morning when I open it, but refuse to go back in at night. When it gets dark they just bed down somewhere in their run. I have been collecting them every night for a week and putting them in the coop, but they don't get it. They are about 8 weeks...
I am moving my 5 chicks out of their small brooder and into the larger coop. I am worried about them being able to find the new location of their food and water. Do I need to dip their beaks again or will they just figure it out?
I have one chick that is considerably smaller than the others. They are all about 2 weeks old. She has the worst problem with pasting. I cleared that up, but she is still not as energetic as the others and gets knocked down by them. After getting knocked over she has a hard time getting back...
