You will have birds that are weak and just die, but that's the thing about hatching birds. They all won't live and you won't always get 100% hatch rate (which I have never seen yet). I have birds that will die at 2 weeks or 9 weeks or even 18 weeks. It happens, but you move on and learn from...

Inconsistent temperature.

Your temp is not consistent. If it ranged between 94 and 101 the whole incubation period they won't hatch. I would be shocked if they are still alive. If its the foam incubator they are horrible. Sorry to give the bad news.

You might have better luck building your own. I hate to see people with high hopes for great hatches and then get disappointed with little or nothing with bad incubators. I have the sportsman 1502 and its great. My hatch rates are 50%-68%. I get about 60-80 chicks a week.
