    Can my rooster mate?

    I believe pip-squeak is a Brahma he’s quite small and prolly weighs a few pounds. He’s very small compared to the hens and is often picked on. Will he be able to mate? I’ve seen him hop on their backs and they roll him off quickly? Will he be okay/healthy if he’s unable to mate?

    I let them out once I had seen boots condition and will put them back in before I go back to work. They have access to their coop & water if need be. 😳 boots is normally the one that gets pecked or bullied.. who knows why she’s the biggest bird I have.

    Woah. Wish I had seen this before when her leg was injured. Definitely going to use the sling if this ever were to happen again. Hopefully I won’t need it. I grind her feed and use that this evening. Thanks for the guidance ❤️
