    Just keep your grain in sealed containers and they won't spread. Feed the grain, and weevils, to your chickens.     They are most likely grain weevils: They can be annoying especially when they show up in your pantry. In feed containers they are just free protein for your birds.

    Thanks David and Mary. I'll add some wood trim over the hardware cloth. I do exact revenge on any racoons that mess with the chickens at the farm. These two got 6 hens one night. It was their last.
