That is a good rooster. We have to come at ours at night and hold him with a towel and then back out before he shakes. :) I still wouldn't trade him for any other, He is a great protector.

Update on Rooster comb and BluKote.
It has really ben helping. My husband who holds him hurt his hand and so we haven't been able to apply it again and it looks like it is still healing.

Last year our rooster developed this lesion on his comb.
We tried antibiotics and we also tried tea tree oil thinking maybe it was a fungus but it never went away.

Need some help diagnosing some poo.
One of my chickens has been pooping this weird yellow stuff every night.
These birds are about 20 weeks old.
I know at least a couple of them are laying right now since we get about 2 eggs a day.
Not sure if this one is or even if this poop is related to that...
