    New chick mom

That one does look like a boy. Seeing as how the weather is quite funky this time of year I have some ducklings that are getting way too big to be inside but I don't want them to be cold so I've been putting them outside during the day and inside the house during the night until it warms up...

Very confused about housing for ducks?

It also depends on how much space you actually have in the coop you have vs how many birds total will be locked in there

Frizzle hen sitting on nothing, won't eat!

    Is sense of smell strong?

It's alot easier to use existing structures, we just moved into a house with a huge barn and converted to a coop using the stalls. It's worked great so far.:thumbsup

    Simplifying my flock

Also, if you add additional housing for everyone it may make everything a bit easier as you can set up a coop for each flock and their intended purposes etc...

    Simplifying my flock

The plan you have seems like a longer term plan that you've thought pretty well as you were pretty descriptive when explaining. With chickens, at times can be overwhelming but I would suggest sticking to the plan you made and making adjustments as needed over time. You'll know more of which...

    Is sense of smell strong?

Just make sure the coops are indeed predator proof!
