My goal is to create a new breed:

- autosexing (wild type, one line has barring also)
- shades of green eggs (homozygous O/O)
- gentlemanly roosters
- crested like a Legbar
- heat tolerant (single comb)
- large eggs that may be speckled
- dual purpose (decent for meat, decent for eggs- there is no breed that excels at both aspects)

I’m working with wild type birds that may or may not have barring, inhibitor of gold, mahogany, autosomal red.

On a personal level, here are some random things about me:

- we homeschool
- I am a writer and freelance editor
- I am an accounting student
- Jesus is my jam
- I have a pretty great husband
- I am a 4-H club leader
