Top of Chicken's head is ripped off

Does this mean cutting the stick part inside of her feathers?

I've looked more into the chicken, and it looks like it has a broken bone.

She's been kept indoors so there are no animals that can get her.

Top of Chicken's head is ripped off

I've haven't noticed any picking, more like she's cleaning herself. However, I did notice that she would peck (or clean) underneath where her injured foot is located. With the limp she has, I think a broken bone is a possibility. I still try to give her some water, she has been taking some but...

I did some more looking beneath the feathers and found this, right above her injured leg :(

Top of Chicken's head is ripped off

Ok, so I've gotten everything ready but when I try to put her in the water, she is very resistant. Any advice on how to put her in without her stressing?

Top of Chicken's head is ripped off

Ever since I noticed her bleeding, she hasn't been eating. I've only been able to give her some water but other than that, she won't eat.

But she also seems to be dripping blood from her feathers but I'm not really seeing any holes

Here's a picture, I finally found out the source of her bleeding is through her vent.

Initially I thought it was a stray cat because there are so many where I live but maybe I didn't see it well because it was dark. Could've been a racoon, just found out that so many live nearby even though I'm in an urban area.

I'm always seeing her cleaning herself, might that have something to do with it? Also, she's definitely not bleeding anymore, but I found an area where there is also some dry blood.
