Thanks. We'd be moving to a colder climate so I think that would be worse for him. He's had female geese. But unfortunately they have passed away. He has always thought I was his. So he really never bonded with the females.

I have had Soos a single male African goose for 8 yrs. He lives outside with my chickens. But if I'm out there he is constantly with me. I may be moving and would not be able to take him. Does Anyone know if he would/could adjust to another human family?

Hi Miss Lydia. Here is an updated pic of the group. Angel is on the far left, butt to us. Now none have drake feathers. Three definitely distinct quack. Two peep quack. I think their trying to drive me mad figuring them out

Yes she peeps like a duckling. Once in a great while you get that raspy noise, but no real quack. Out of the four stooges there is 3 females and one distinctive male. Actually none of them stop making noise:)
