Maybe , he is a very docile bird .

He came with some Barred Rocks I purchased and I asked the lady what breed it was and she said Lavender . I see bars on the saddle feathers though .

I had previously posted photos of this bird , seemed to be a pullet but voila it's a cockerel ! Agreed ? 4 months old .

The smaller one is a rooster because of the uneven , curled and long tail feathers and most likely the other one too .

Yes I did hatch them myself . The Barred Rock is definitely a rooster , I purchased those straight run ended up with 3 hens and 7 roosters , ugh , lol .I sold the hens already , big difference in the barring . He just happened to be in here , lol .
