I'd suggest being careful with the grass clippings, the birds can get impacted if the pieces are too long. I've had this happen a few times and it's not fun to deal with.
If you are willing to take her to the vet, do it sooner than later. The longer you wait, the harder it's going to be for the vet to do anything resulting in more cost and less chance of survival.
Sounds like internal damage, no idea how to help with that other than going to a vet, sorry.
Definitely keep her away from the other birds (yes day and night), they'll gang up and attack her if they sense something is wrong.
I agree with the others B looks like a male. The comb and wattle are as big as my BO laying hens, at that age it should be a lot smaller, like A's. Also the legs look a lot like my BO roosters did at that age.
However I'd still give it some time I've seen BO hens with combs and wattles that can...
After looking at the other pictures I'm of the mind they are both female. What the others said is true about the feather thing not being reliable however I figured it's better than nothing and easier than attempting to vent sex via pictures.

Doesn't look like sex links to me. The second photo looks like a hen with the feather overlap on the wings and the tail feathers starting, but the first looks suspect. Could simply be younger (kinda looks to be the case).
