Probably a coyote or two. I had a single coyote kill multiple birds at a time. Before I was finally able to deal with him, I realized he was killing several birds then coming back to collect the bodies one at a time.

Probably just a skink. Don't worry about it. They can't hurt your chickens. Im surprised your chickens don't eat him. I had a rooster that would catch them whenever he could.
What type of lizard was it? If it was your run of the mill skink or green lizard, then it's harmless to eggs and chickens. It was probably eating flies.
