    Came home tonight to find all the straw that was inside my coop in the nesting boxes, was outside my coop/run in a pile with an indentation in it. Also, 6 eggs missing. Problem is, there was 1/4 bale of straw already outside the coop/run (right next to where the pile was) so don't understand...

    With the heads missing, my first guess would be raccoons. Why the other was just torn up, don't know. Maybe it was just forgotten.
