    Very nice! Next year for fair my sister is doing Dairy Goat, I'm doing Dairy and Market Goat, and my sister, brother and myself are all doing poultry. We're really busy in 4-H this year - my sister and I have nine projects apiece, and in his first year my brother has four!

    @prizepete Yep. The foothills have the Gold Country Fair. I've heard of that one before, and I have a cousin who will be showing horses and (I think) pigs. I'm considering PMing you with her name so that you can say hi if you see her.

    This year at my local county fair, I won 1st place pullet, 1st place drake, 1st place Senior 4-H Poultry Showmanship, and 1st place Senior 4-H Small Animal Round Robin. As you saw above, however, BantamSlave is "Mr. Overachiever" at our local fair.
