Thanks for your reply! So I actually got them at about a year old so they were around 18 months. But yes I did get them from the same place together (and only those two). So maybe it was something with them because it's quite a coincidence that it was those two and all the rest are, so far...
Must be! Lol For a while our rooster wouldn't let her inside the coop so she would roost above the run. But must be she's part of the flock now cuz she goes inside with them at night now. ☺
I don't remember it being especially windy. I know that temp is fine when they're huddled together in the coop. But I was wondering if just one alone outside might not be able to keep their body temp up enough?
Thanks for replying! Yeah that's how I always train them when I first get them/ they are moved outside. And they've been going in fine since I got them. I mean, there may have been a stray time here and here when they roosted somewhere else. But we always found them and such them in the coop...
