That was actually my first guess on what she is. Without little ways to be sure, I don't know how to know for sure what she is. We are in the process of building a new coop and I want a camera in the nesting box so I can keep track of who lays what when they are moved in. Or at least who is...- Rachelssara

We get at least one specked egg a day, and I'm pretty sure that is Berthas egg (the one in the nesting box) but I'd say we get 2 at least twice a week. One of my girls has just started laying pink tinted eggs (not sure which that is either 🤦🏼♀️) and I'm so excited! We only have the 19 laying...- Rachelssara

I am getting 1-2 of these brown speckled eggs a day. I only have 19 hens that are laying. One is a Polish, 2 are EE, 4 RIR, one Brahma, and 4 that I know lay light brown eggs.
