yes you might be right, i have left a couple of eggs sitting there longer than usual unintentionally so this may have done it! thanks! ive got 16 eggs in my incubator and its only meant to hold ten so a couple of broody hens are welcome here! but 3! maybe not :P

its now day 23, i can hear my chick chirping inside the egg and feel it moving around but there has been no pipping, should i worry? or give it longer? there was a time a week or so ago where mother hen got bullied away from her eggs and they went a bit cold, hence they are now in a incubator...
