    Thank you so much for this! I put a 4" board up on one side and a 6" board on the other side to keep the babies in for now. I went to Tractor Supply last night and got a 4.5' by 4.5' dog cage with a pitched roof that I can put inside the big chicken coop. I will try to get that done today...

    Do I put the kennel inside the coop or remove it from the coop? All chickens free range during the day and come to the coop around 8:30 at night. The rooster is pretty aggressive with me, so I’m not sure I can get them moved tonight. Is the concern that the other chickens will mess with them?
