    Some times the hospital has a deal with a hotel for discounted rates for patients coming in for procedures. You might ask about it.

    Thanks for the tip. I have used the baking soda, dawn dish soap and water on my glass cook top but it never occurred to me to use it on the enameled pot.

    It stormed between 2 and 6 a.m. but was done by the time we left at 8:30. It's been cold and windy all day. Appointment went well. All paperwork done, labs drawn and home at 3 p.m. Have to be at the hospital 5 a.m. next Monday.
