Ok y'all...im seriously confused by the new Aquasol backyard chicken wormer instructions. I read that it's not recommended for flock weight as small as mine, but can't it just be tailored down?
Here is the simplified version of what Chat GPT says based on these weights (LBs):

We are huge on hand washing in our home. My daughter adores the chickens. If she pets, or holds them, or touches anything inside the run/coop...hands are washed as soon as we are done.
I'm not sure whether to thank you, or curse you 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I love to walk around barefoot outside and often let my daughter do it too....not sure thats happening anymore LOL
So I was in a hurry to clean my run tonight and there was wind blowing dirt and dust everywhere. When I dumped the straw and dirt and chicken poop into the bin I got a ton of blow back. Then it dawned on me...I had to worm my chickens last week because someone's poop had tapeworms in it. Then...
Hi! I've been busy with my toddler, horse, mini donkey, cats, dogs, work, and now this grumpy mug....who I'm pretty sure is gunna be a roo. My daughter picked it out and named it Hedwig lol and here I wanted more eggs.
Age is a guess. Adopted this one. Possibly 11 was old. I have been sus of a roo since we brought the baby home lol. But I've never had this breed, or whatever it is mixed with, only Wyandottes. Legs are long and the feet are massive. The feathers seem a bit pointy in places, compared to my...
Hi everyone!
I am pregnant (very early, 4wks and some change) and cleaned my chicken coop last week and today. I suddenly realized that may not be wise. I only have 2 chickens at the moment and live in a dry, hot climate. I use a straw bedding on top of rubber mats and the coop is kept clean...
Hi everyone!
I've got 3 laced wyandottes...at least that's what they sold them to me as. I'm curious about the coloring of my darker "golden". She is small compared to the other two and also has a single comb. Is it possible she is not a pure wyandotte? My golden is full of gold...especially...

That's awesome!! I'll have to add that to the lonnnnng list of things that I cannot do and my fiancé would have to lol. I can paint...thats about it. I'm useless with tools...i literally destroy things anytime I try to make or fix them haha. Your illustration makes perfect sense...
For sure. The roof hangs over like 1/2 and inch...pretty pathetic really....maybe I can add some flashing/run off so it adds a little more protection on the ventilated side. So it won't be an issue when it is low 30's/high 20s when the chickens are in the coop at night if one whole side is...
Hah you are right!! I'll have to check under it. The chickens have scratched at it but haven't done damage. It's older so it's not water tight. Some sticks under it poked through in a couple spots. But I've been meaning to remove it and see how things go with just dirt and straw on top...
