    how old are my chicks

    Looks like the chicks are 5 weeks old. Let them outside but still have heat lamp for at night temperatures. Watch out for hawks and ravens when outside.Keep them warm until about 10 weeks old. just my opinions. Have the feed and water inside so they go back in at night.

    At the moment no poultry but have for many,many years. Had a feed mill for 12 years with plenty of knowledge to share just ask me qeustions anyone.

    stumbled upon the site while searching about turkey vultures. I grew up on the farm and also owned the feed mill for 12 years so if I can help out someone on a question go ahead and ask.
